Dreambert and Bedsmith, two beings from Pi’illo species, one morning wakes up without memory of what they are, where they are or how they arrived. They find themselves in a strange house in an unfamiliar city, feel lost and confused. Like a panic, a man named Wonky claims to claim that they are their father. He suggests that they had to pass by watching the TV last night, but before explaining more, the situation is growing even more strange. A creature named Starlow comes from the star of Star Sprite, demanding that she is their girlfriend. She says they planned to stay, but Dreambert and Bedsmith have neither her memory nor any such plans. They are reluctant to follow the Starlow field, unknown their environment. They wander around the city, behave as if they were unrecognizably neither the environment nor the Starlow. Despite their confusion, Starlow continues to communicate with them as if they were friends for a long time. As she shows them around, Starlow patiently explains their alleged friendship and names, trying to calm them down. However, Dreambert and Bedsmith remain disoriented and cannot make sense of their past or connection with Starlow. As the day continued, Starlow is more concerned, initially thinking they are just pretending to forget. But when their strange behavior remains, she begins to worry that something is seriously wrong with their memories. At the end of the day, Starlow’s uncertainty deepens and she asks if there is something more for their forgetfulness. Dreambert and Bedsmith are sent back home where they woke up first, and Wonky-Still claims that they are their father, presenting them in a bed that feels unfamiliar. Too tired and confused to protest, they settle at night. When they fall asleep, their minds are filled with questions about their identity, past and the cause of sudden amnesia. The secret of their lost memories has not been answered because they retreat into troubled sleep without knowing what the future is.
